Can I cancel my order?

Orders for digital products, courses, memberships cannot be cancelled. Orders for physical products can be cancelled before 10am the next day. For e.g. if you have placed an order for physical product at 5pm on Friday, you have the option to request cancellation by 10am on Saturday. 

 

What is your return/ refund window? 

We do not offer returns for stationery & digital products. For other categories, we are happy to offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.

 

If I cancel an order, how soon can I expect my money back?

Once your order is cancelled, we will initiate your refund within 1 working day. The amount should reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days, depending on the bank.

I have received a damaged product. How do I replace it?  

Sorry to know this. Write to us at support@upfluen.com with “Defect” in the subject line. Please include: your order number, name used to place your order, and photos of the defect(s). We will have our helpers pick the damaged copy and deliver a brand new piece, hassle free!

 

I have received the wrong order. How do I replace it?  

Sorry to know this. Write to us at support@upfluen.com with “Wrong Order” in the subject line. Please include: your order number, name used to place your order, and one photo of the order received. We will have our helpers pick the wrong order and deliver your correct order, hassle free!
