Do you accept COD?

My money is deducted but the order has not been confirmed. What do I do?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry ensuring that all the details you have provided are correct. In case the money is deducted and the order isn’t confirmed, it may mean that your funds are in transit with the payment gateway and should hopefully reach us in the next 48 working hours. Request you to wait for the order confirmation details. Alternatively, you can also get in touch with your bank.

No, not at the moment.
 
How long does shipping take? 
About 7-8 business days. 
Orders usually require up to 1 full business day for processing. We ship from Bangalore via Blue Dart courier on business days: Monday-Friday. If your order has already shipped, we're unable to change the items, cancel the order, or change the package's destination.
However, for pre-orders, the shipping will begin from the date mentioned on the product’s page.
 
Returns
 
What is your return window for physical products? 
We do not offer returns for stationery products. For other categories, we are happy to offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.
 
What is your return window for digital products/ memberships/ courses? 
We do not offer returns & refunds for digital products/ memberships/ online courses. 
 
I have received a damaged product. How do I replace it?  
Sorry to know this. Write to us within 5 days of receiving the damaged product, at support@upfluen.com with “Defect” in the subject line. Please include: your order number, name used to place your order, and photos of the defect(s). We will have our helpers pick the damaged copy and deliver a brand new piece, hassle free!
 
I have received the wrong order. How do I replace it?  
Sorry to know this. Write to us within 5 days of receiving the wrong order, at support@upfluen.com with “Wrong Order” in the subject line. Please include: your order number, name used to place your order, and one photo of the order received. We will have our helpers pick the wrong order and deliver your correct order, hassle free!
